The ARTIN Group is increasing its stake in the Slovakian company ARTIN Solutions, through the purchase of a 16% stake from partner Tanis. The remaining 8% share of Tanis was bought by the existing partner SYMBIOSS Invest. Currently, two shareholders remain in the company - ARTIN Group with a 67% share and SYMBIOSS Invest with a 33% share. At the same time, a small part dedicated to the field of Identity Management (IDM) covering less than 10% of the business and capacities is spin-offed from ARTIN Solutions, and this will continue to develop under the Inalogy brand already outside the ARTIN group. This transaction is one step towards greater specialization. In ARTIN Solutions, activities related to custom SW development and also the area of solutions in the OSS/BSS segment, mainly for the telecommunications sector, remain. The next strategic direction will be towards a greater synergistic connection of individual areas within the ARTIN group and towards the global market, both in the area of business and in the area of human resources.
ARTIN Solutions is no newcomer to the ARTIN group, it has been part of it since 2013, when ARTIN joined the partner company SYMBIOSS. Since then, the original company has grown more than tenfold in both the number of people and annual turnover, and has seen development in most areas of its operations.
